Shipping, Returns & Exchanges Policies


  • If your favorite item is out of stock - please contact us and we will address it immediately! 

  • We offer FREE SHIPPING within United States. Most of our orders are processed within 1-4 business days after payment is received. The only time orders take longer to process is when we are traveling to other countries away from our stock.

  •  Items are shipped via USPS with tracking number.

  • Please note we do not redirect shipping.

  • We can do International Shipping too, please CONTACT US for details and arrangement of the INTERNATIONAL shipping.

  • For International Shipping: 

  • Please note that International shipping delivery times will vary due to various custom rules, laws and regulations. All INTERNATIONAL customers are responsible for the custom rates within their country. We ship your package DDU, "duties and taxes unpaid", and we do not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs.

    Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package(s). Customs agents have the right to release or deny release of your package(s), and in rare cases, they may also delay delivery.

  • We accept major credit and debit cards as well as PAYPAL.

  • If you choose to pay with paypal, please make sure to update/confirm your paypal name and shipping address. You are the best! Thank you!

  • Customized options are available. Some items are always in stock, some are Made-to-Order.  Let us know which one you like - we can always make a special one just for you!



  • We understand some items might not fit you well or turn out to be not quite your style - and it is OK!
  • We are happy to accept the items you want to return if they are shipped back to us within 72 hours from the day of the delivery.
  • Please make sure all tags are in place and the item is unworn. Only then we will be able to return your money.
  • You can choose to either request for a full refund or to ask for exchange or a store credit. All returns and exchanges are handled individually. Contact us if you want to request a refund.

  • We are asking you to be responsible for return shipping cost. 

  • Return packages must be sent by a trackable method - tracking is highly recommended as lost packages become your responsibility. The tracking number should be sent to us as soon as you have it so we know the item is on the way back and that you have met your obligations of our return policy.

  • Refund will be send within 48 hours after the return delivery.
  • We won't be able to give you refund if the package never arrives and there is no tracking number to check what has happend. 

  • For International Shipping - Customs, Duties and Taxes:

    For custom fees, duties, taxes (when applicable): Customs fees, duties & taxes incurred in either direction of the transaction are not refundable and we will deduct any customs fees from your refund/credit that is incurred to us to be able to sign for your returned item. Documentation will be provided by email for this deduction as a scan of the receipt upon request.


  • You can exchange the item to a different size or a different model if such is in stock.
  • To do so please notify us within 72 hours from the day of the delivery.
  • Some items might be out of stock, and we will let you know if we can exchange the item to your desired one. In case the item is out of stock - we will be happy to refund your payment.
