We offer FREE shipping within United States. Orders are shipped within 1-4 business days after payment is received.
If you require your order by a certain date - please send us a message and we will do our best to ship it asap.
Custom and make-to-order pieces will take longer to ship and we will communicate it with you.
RETURNS
We understand some items might not fit you well or turn out to be not quite your style - and that's OK!
Returns are accepted within 14 days from the day of the delivery. Items must be unworn and in excellent re-sellable condition.
You can choose a refund, an exchange or a store credit.
We are asking you to be responsible for the return shipping cost. We will provide return shipping label and once we receive the item back we will send a refund minus shipping cost.
Shipping fee is waived if the reason for a refund is a flaw or damage or a wrong item received.
International Shipping
We do NOT collect duties and import taxes at the checkout. We ship your package "duties and taxes unpaid", and we do not collect the VAT.
It will be your responsibility to pay customs dues once the package reaches your country.
