Collection: Odara
The word “odara” comes from the Brazilian candomblé tradition. It means: beauty, peace, tranquility, and infinite positivity
Odara collection is a true collaboration of the women crafting together, co-weaving and passing down the ancient wisdom of the world's textile traditions.
The threads are handwoven and handblock printed by the artisans in India. The embroidered accents are hand-stitched by women from the Kuna Tribe in Panama, who weave their prayers and dreams into each pattern. The ponchos and robes are then handmade in a circle of women in the rainforest on a Caribbean island. The caftans are handcrafted in rural villages of India as a part of women empowerment project.
The collection is inspired by the plant teachers, music of the drums and the majestic forces of the Nature...
