1.Black in Fashion CouncilBIFC (Black In Fashion Council) is an organization with a mission to represent and secure the advancement of Black individuals in the fashion and beauty industry.  By organizing a resilient group of editors, models, stylists, media executives, assistants, freelance creatives, and industry stakeholders, BIFC aims to build a new foundation for inclusivity. 2.The Kelly Initiative 250 Black fashion professionals put forth an actionable plan, The Kelly Initiative, poised to bring greater visibility to their experiences within industry and actively posit solutions via which their long-overdue equitable access to employment opportunities can be obtained. They are a coalition of Black professionals—and diversely ranging allies—who stand in their commitment to positing authentic Black voices centrally in the work of creating equitable employment...
