Mustard yellow extra long poncho handmade from a 100% hand-woven Indian cotton. This is a one of the kind planet-loving intentional piece.
It has a nice and soft touch. The robe is great for the women and men working with the plant teaches, doing energy work and / or facilitating intentional gatherings. It is a protective yet soft and cozy cover up that will become a loyal companion in the work you do.
This kimono is a true collaboration of the women crafting together and co-weaving and passing on the ancient world textile traditions. The threads are handwoven by the artisans in India, the embroidery accents are hand-stitched by the women from Kuna Tribe in Panama where they weave in their prayers and dreams into the patterns and designs, and the poncho has been handmade in the circle of women in the rain forest on the Caribbean island.

The source of material was limited, and only a few pieces were made from this fabric.

We hand-make all garments with love and care and we want them to bring you joy as long as possible! We highly recommend hand-washing and drying flat.

glorka is a handmade ethical production. We work with 3 seamstresses and 2 tailors from New York, Los Angeles and Puerto Rico. We are very proud to work with this small but very passionate for handcrafting team of beautiful beings.
All the pieces that are handcrafted in other countries are a part of our Women Empowerment and Teaching projects around the world.
Most of our creations are either one of the kind or a Limited Edition. We only use same fabric for up to 10-12 pieces and then move on to the next fabric. The only ongoing designs we have are our basics: pants and tops from high-quality cotton in solid white, gray and black colors.
To reduce textile waste we strive to upcycle (use discarded or vintage fabrics that would end up in a landfill otherwise), and eco-friendly natural fabrics and blends. We are trying to use recycled polyester and upcycled fabrics to reduce waste and be more gentle to our Mother Earth.

We have a few showrooms and storefront locations where you can walk in and try on the pieces in person. You can buy new pieces, bring the pieces you received online for an exchange, or just meet us in person and say Hello! :)
