RETURNS

We understand some items might not fit you well or turn out to be not quite your style - and that's OK!

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days from the day of the delivery. Items must be unworn and in excellent re-sellable condition.
  • You can choose a refund, an exchange or a store credit.
  • We are asking you to be responsible for the return shipping cost. We will provide return shipping label and once we receive the item back we will send a refund minus shipping cost. 
  • Shipping fee is waived if the reason for a refund is a flaw or damage or a wrong item received.

International Shipping

  • We do NOT collect duties and import taxes at the checkout. We ship your package "duties and taxes unpaid", and we do not collect the VAT.
